If by some mistake you ordered the incorrect sized mat for your van we will happily swap it over for the correct sized mat, as long at its the same price.
If this happens to you please follow these easy steps and we can get the correct mat out to you ASAP.
1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know - fun@tidyturfmats.com
2. Write in the Subject Line: 'EXCHANGE (Your order number)
3. We will then ask you to return your incorrect mat providing its still has its tags attached and has been unused to our PO Box. We will also ask you to please include a self addressed parcel satchel (paid for my you) for us to post back the correct mat to your preferred shipping address.

4. Once we receive your mat back, we will ship your new correct mat the same day in the satchel provided. NOTE: Please ensure your return satchel is large enough to fit the replacement mat
RETURNS/REFUND.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at fun@tidyturfmats.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
